Jeska’s Portrait Session – Finding Grace Through Cancer, Yoga, and Faith
Jeska’s story is one of quiet strength, radical resilience, and unwavering faith. After being diagnosed with stage 4 rectal cancer, her life changed in unimaginable ways—but her spirit never broke.
Through the intensity of chemotherapy, multiple surgeries—including a full rectal removal and liver surgery—and the challenge of living with a temporary ostomy bag, Jeska kept showing up. For her children. For her healing. And most importantly, for herself.
Each scar, each setback became a symbol—not of defeat, but of survival.
Throughout her journey, yoga, mindfulness, and natural healing became lifelines. While conventional medicine treated the cancer, it was Jeska’s commitment to inner healing that carried her through the darkest days. Movement became her meditation. Faith became her foundation. And community became her strength.
This Magic Hour Foundation portrait session captures more than just a moment. It’s a chapter of Jeska’s story—a visual love letter to the strength it takes to wake up each day and keep choosing life, even when it’s hard.
Watching her body change has been one of the most difficult parts of her healing journey. But Jeska chooses to see those changes not as loss, but as living proof of what she’s endured—and everything she’s overcome.
She is a mother. A survivor. A woman rooted in grace and grounded in hope.
To anyone walking a similar path: you are not alone. Jeska’s story is a powerful reminder that healing is not just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming your light and learning to live fully again.
