People of all ages who are either currently receiving treatment for cancer or pets that have been diagnosed with cancer.

First, read through the application contract and provide your digital signature. Then you can fill out the application below. We will contact you shortly after to match you with a photographer.

Once your photographer sends us your finished photos, we will email you a link to download your images free of charge. We will also mail you 20 4x7 prints in a custom print box. If you have problems with the download, please get in touch with us so we can help you receive your images.

That’s no problem! Our photographers will come to you. We understand how hard things can be, so we will do everything possible to make it easier for you!

We do everything we can to ensure that everyone who wants a photo session gets one. We have an extensive network of photographers; however, in some cases, it might take longer to pair recipients with photographers.

Our professional photographers volunteer to provide portrait sessions for our recipients. However, we can not ask them to volunteer their services for larger, more in-depth shoots like weddings or other special events.

We understand that each recipient is at a different stage of treatment and may require a session to be completed as soon as possible. We fulfill the request for urgent sessions as quickly as possible, pending photographer availability. This can sometimes be within days or no longer than 30 days. We do our best to honor these sessions quickly and respectfully ask that this application is only filled out if your case is medically urgent.
