A Night to Remember: Celebrating Zoey's Legacy

The night was filled with laughter, tears, hugs, and heartfelt conversations. To everyone who came—thank you. Your presence meant more than words can say. I was overwhelmed with gratitude seeing my past wedding couples show up—one from seven years ago, another from three years ago—and even a couple whose wedding I’ll be capturing next year. Your support reminded me that this journey is about more than photographs or pages in a book—it’s about connection, and I am so deeply honored by the way you’ve continued to walk beside me.

Standing there signing copies of Zoey’s Lessons, I thought to myself, “So this is how Stephen King must feel when he signs his books.” And when I stood at the podium reading a chapter aloud, I felt like Carrie Bradshaw—sharing words that came straight from my heart while looking out at so many people I love and admire. 

It was both humbling and exhilarating, and I’ll carry that memory with me always.

Thank you for celebrating with me, for honoring Zoey’s legacy, and for making the evening so special. Together we laughed, we cried, we shared stories, and in that space, I felt the true meaning of community.
